Kenya Edwards Meeks is a proud mama from Katy, Texas. Her journey began 11 years ago when her son was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and, more recently, autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Through every step, Kenya has been her son’s fiercest advocate—fighting not just for access to care, but for joy, dignity, and opportunity. Her deep love for her son fuels her mission to uplift other families walking similar paths.

She believes that children with disabilities deserve the same opportunity to flourish as any other child—and that their lives hold equal value. Kenya has met and connected with hundreds of parents and professionals along the way, all of whom have helped shape her purpose: to bring encouragement, spread awareness, and build a community of support for families with special needs.
